  • What is the return policy?

- Returns are accepted 30 days after the delivery date.

- No returns are accepted after 30 days from the delivery date

- All items must have their original packaging with tags.

  • How long does it take to receive a refund? 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us by email or telephone.

  • How do I receive the payment for my refund?
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

 

  • Can I cancel my order which has not been delivered? 
In the event that you need to cancel an order that was placed but has not yet been delivered, immediately contact ceo@techtitanstock.com or reach us by phone at +353 1 264 8842 and share your email address used for the order. We will attempt to cancel the order by submitting a request with the shipping carrier, please keep in mind that the order may not be able to cancel the delivery.

 

  • What are the shipping costs ?

- Free Shipping for all orders over the amount of 50.00

- Free Return Shipping for approved refunds and or exchanges.

- Orders under 50.00 are charged for shipping at checkout and the amount is determined by the customer’s location, available carriers and the method of shipment selected by the customer.

- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours 
- Orders are shipped after being processed.
- The customer receives a tracking number and shipment confirmation email.

 

- The average duration of transit for parcels to the EU and UK is between 2-4 working days.
